Belkin Acrylic Case with Kickstand for Zune 80/120 GB (Clear) Review

I have been using this case for one year now. I have had a couple problems with it but in general It works very well.

PROS
-Fits snugly the case is not much larger than the actual Zune so you do not have to worry about bulkiness.

-There is no rattle of the Zune in the case

-Provides solid protection for the zune

-Case is easy to open and close

-Touch pad easy to use. Someone said that they had trouble using the touch pad. I can’t image any way that the touch pad would be harder to use with the case on. The case slopes down into the buttons.

-All ports are easy to access, that said I do no have a dock for my Zune so I am unable to test whether it fits. I would assume it does because the case does not add much bulk at all.

CONS
-Hold switch hard to reach

-Screen does get scratched, but after one year of regular use, none of the scratches are noticeable when watching. Others may be more sensitive to this though.

-Dust still finds a way into the case. As you expect dust eventually finds its way in. Every few weeks I open the case to dust off the screen. I would call it dust resistant, but by no means dust proof.

-The silver plate is glued onto the plastic screen. After a few months the silver cover started coming off. It would lift up in one corner. To fix it i gave it one drop of Gorilla Glue and held it down between newspaper and some books for a day. That seemed to fix it and the glue has held on all other spots so far. You would never tell that I glued it back down.

Overall, I really like this case. I am going to get another for my Dad for his birthday. Also I never used the stand that came with it past the first week. So I can’t really say how well that works.
